Saint Kabir Gurukul is affiliated to C.B.S.E Board, New Delhi (vide no. 1630579 till 10+2 level in major streams – science (Medical, Non-Medical), Commerce and Arts. To Ensure quality in education school offers limited seats in every class from nursery to 10+1 for admission to any particular class qualifying written test in English, Math, Hindi & Punjabiis held to assess the ability of the child follwed by an interaction with the Principal / Academic co-ordinator. As the medium for instruction is English, an understanding of English as well as an average English speaking ability is a must for applicants for the class 2nd ownwards. Candidates qualifying in the test will be granted admission subject to the availability of seats. Once the candidate is selected , he/she is required to fulfill all the formalities and pay the necessary for within 10 days of selection, failing which school is free to offer the seat to another candidate. The school however the reserves the right to decide the class in which a child may be placed on admission.

The Principal does not bind herself to furnish any reason for the rejection of any application for the admission. A child joining from any other school must carry his/her transfer certificate from the previous school along with birth certificate and two passport size photos. The date of birth as declared at the time of the admission cannot be altered later on in school register. Parents are required to furnish a certificate of medical history (template provided by school) of their child duly signed by a registered medical partitioner at the time of admission.
